1. DEFINITIONS
"We, Us, Our, Coffee Date" refers to Runwise Ltd (Company No. 5181820)
trading as coffeedate.com.
"Website" refers to coffeedate.com.
"Service" refers to the on-line introduction agency service provided by us to you.
"Register, Join" refers to submitting your details to us so that you may use the service.
"Member" refers to a person whose request to join Coffee Date was accepted by us.
"User" refers to anyone accessing the website.
"Post" refers to using our service to send information or photographs.
2. ELIGIBILITY
2.1 You must be 18 years or older to register as a member of Coffee Date
and use the service.
2.2 The service is only available for personal use and must not be used in
connection with commercial activities.
2.3 By using Coffee Date, you represent and warrant to us that you are
eligible to join Coffee Date and agree to the terms and conditions of

3. JOINING & LOGIN DETAILS
3.1 The details you provide when you join Coffee Date are used as part of
your profile.
3.2 We reserve the right to refuse your request to join Coffee Date, or
delete your membership at any later time.
3.3 You must keep your login details private. Do not allow others to login
on your behalf.
3.5 You must logout after you have finished using the service and not
allow others to use your login session.
4. EMAILING
4.1 You acknowledge that we will email you in the course of using the
service. Such emails include but are not limited to, sending you your
login details, notifying you of new messages.
4.2 You have responsibility over these emails after you receive them.
4.3 You should endeavour to ensure that only you are able to read the
emails.
4.4 You are responsible for maintaining your correct email address on our
website.
5. PROFILE & PHOTOGRAPHS
5.1 You acknowledge that the profile and photographs you provide to us can
be viewed by users.
5.2 We reserve the right to reject profiles and photographs if we deem
them not acceptable. If part of your profile is deemed not to be
acceptable then we reserve the right to amend your profile.
5.3 You must not provide personal contact information or website URLs in
your profile.
5.4 We make no guarantee that the profile and photos provided by other
members are accurate or truthful.
5.5 We reserve the right to inform other members if you join the website
using an IP address that indicates the computer used is located outside
the UK.
6. YOUR CONDUCT
6.1 You agree that you will not open more than one active membership
account.
6.2 The information you post must be accurate and truthful.
6.3 You are solely responsible for the actions of anyone using your
membership number.
6.4 You will not solicit other member's business or buy or sell products
or services through our service.
6.5 You will not post any information or photos that are offensive or
contain illegal content.
6.6 Any photographs you upload to us must not contain lewd images and must
meet the other guidelines shown when you upload the photograph.
6.7 You will not harass other members, which includes but is not limited
to, sending repeated messages of similar content to a particular member.
6.8 You will not attempt to interfere in any way with our computer and
network systems or security.
6.9 You will not send messages with the same or very similar content to
multiple members.
6.10 You will not use automated scripts to interact with the site in any
way.
7. PAYMENT
7.1 We now operate a 100% free service to the public.
8. TERMINATION
8.1 You may terminate your membership at any time by contacting Customer
Services. Contact information is shown below.
8.2 Upon termination of the service, your right to use the service
immediately ceases and you acknowledge and agree that we may delete the
information relating to your Membership, including your messages.
8.3 We may immediately terminate your membership if you have breached this
Agreement.
9. SERVICE & SECURITY
9.1 We will endeavour to maintain the operation of the website. However,
the service may need to be temporarily suspended for operational reasons
(e.g. hardware failure).
9.2 Messages you send and receive are only kept from a limited amount
time, at least 60 days. The number of such messages is also limited. You
acknowledge that messages outside these thresholds may be deleted
without notice.
9.3 We reserve the right to make changes to the service from time to time.
9.4 We take regular backups of the information, including your messages.
However, you acknowledge that this information could be part or totally
lost.
9.5 We do not guarantee that our member block feature cannot be
circumvented. For example, a blocked member could use another member's
account to send you a message. However, in such circumstances both
members would be in violation of this Agreement and may have their
memberships terminated.
9.6 We will endeavour to ensure the security of our service.
10. DISCLAIMER
10.1 The service is provided on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee any
specific results from the use of the service.
10.2 We make no warranties or guarantees as to the quality or fitness for
purpose of the service.
10.3 We do not represent or endorse the accuracy or reliability of any
advice, opinion, statement or other information displayed or distributed
through the service.
10.4 We are not responsible for the conduct of other members or users.
10.5 The use of the service is entirely at your own risk.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
11.1 We shall have no liability for any defect in the service caused or
contributed by you or any other user.
11.2 We shall have no liability to you arising out of your use of the
service and/or your reliance on of any information and/or other material
posted by you or other members.
11.3 We shall have no liability for consequential losses (including but
not limited to damage to reputation, loss of data).
11.4 We do not have any liability of any sort (including liability for
negligence) for the acts or omission of providers of telecommunication
services or for faults in or failures of their networks and equipment.
11.5 We are under no obligation to monitor, vet, check or approve
information or photographs posted by members. We disclaim all
responsibility for such posts.
12. CHANGE OF TERMS
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to
time. The amended terms and conditions will be posted in this area of
the website. These will supersede any previous terms and conditions and
will replace those previously notified to you.
